Shipping costs

Germany

For all orders and shipments within Germany (physical and digital products), FRANZIS covers the transfer, postage and packaging costs for its customers. You therefore order free of shipping costs in Germany!

The shipping costs vary for all other countries. The costs can be found in the following overview.

European Union 1
For deliveries to Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria and the Czech Republic, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 9 EUR.

European Union 2

For deliveries to Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia, Spain, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia and Romania, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 13 EUR.

European Union 3 & Switzerland
For deliveries to Malta, Cyprus, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of 15 EUR.

Naturally there are no shipping costs for the purchase of download products.

Notes on ordering

Once you have decided on one or more products, place the desired quantity in the shopping basket. You initiate the order process in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Germinal Medienhandlung GmbH by clicking on the "Checkout" button. Before doing so, however, check in the shopping basket whether the number of items you want is correct. There you can update the quantity or delete items.

After entering your data and the desired payment method on the following pages, your details will be listed again on another page to correct any input errors. Confirm your order by clicking on "Order with obligation to pay". This online shop is currently available in German.

After completing the purchase of a download, you will find a download link and, if available, the corresponding serial number in your customer account under the "Download & Serial No." tab.

We ask for your understanding that the company cannot answer any questions regarding the newsletter offers/order conditions, content-related questions about products or questions about downloads that are not provided. Please address your questions directly via the contact form for better processing.

Invoicing

You will receive a proper invoice for your order by e-mail on the day following your order.

Order receipt confirmation, storage options

You will receive confirmation of receipt of your order by e-mail. This will once again contain all data and the General Terms and Conditions of Germinal Medienhandlung GmbH. Your specific order data will also be stored by us, FRANZIS GmbH, and Germinal Medienhandlung GmbH, but cannot be retrieved directly by you for security reasons.

Delivery

You can choose between shipping with DHL or DPD. When shipping with DHL, delivery to a DHL Packstation is also possible.

DHL: Duration 2-4 working days
DPD: Duration 2-4 working days

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will be notified of the tracking number of your parcel. You can use this to check the status of your delivery at any time on the shipping service provider's homepage.

Delivery restrictions

Our offers are aimed at customers from EU countries and Switzerland (the billing address is decisive). We only deliver goods to these countries. We can also only offer downloadable products to customers from EU countries and Switzerland.
